1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Legend POD! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Seller", or "Merchant") and PI Software Solutions Inc, a Domestic Profit Corporation registered in the State of Georgia (Registration No: 11049437, EIN: 45-2640410). By registering an account, integrating our app with your TikTok Shop, or otherwise accessing our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Legend POD is a proprietary software platform providing an end-to-end print-on-demand (POD) and fulfillment solution. Our services include providing custom product design software, catalog management, automated processing of orders synced from connected storefronts (such as TikTok Shop), and physical manufacturing, printing, and shipping of the customized merchandise to end consumers.
3. TikTok Shop Integration & Authorization
As an authorized TikTok Shop Partner, our platform requires specific API authorizations to function correctly. By connecting your TikTok Shop, you grant PI Software Solutions Inc explicit permission to access "Shop Authorized Information", "Order Information", "Product Basic/Modify", "Fulfillment Basic", and "Finance Information". This authorization allows us to act on your behalf solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, updating tracking information, and managing your product catalog. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok Shop Seller Center.
4. Intellectual Property and Content
You retain complete ownership of all designs, graphics, and artwork that you upload to the Legend POD platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and physically print your content strictly to fulfill the orders generated by your store.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use any content you upload, and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject orders or terminate accounts associated with copyright infringement.
5. Billing and Payments
You agree to pay all charges associated with the production and shipping of your print-on-demand orders according to the pricing listed in our catalog at the time the order is processed. Legend POD utilizes an automated billing system, and production will not commence until payment is successfully secured or sufficient wallet balance is available.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PI Software Solutions Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Legend POD platform, shipping delays outside of our control, or temporary API outages between our platform and TikTok Shop.
