  • Usage Data: We may collect information on how the platform is accessed and used, including IP addresses, browser types, and diagnostic data.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is utilized strictly for the operational functionality of the Legend POD service. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Process, produce, package, and ship print-on-demand orders to end customers.
  • Synchronize real-time tracking and fulfillment statuses back to your connected TikTok Shop.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with TikTok Shop Partner requirements and applicable state/federal laws.

4. Data Security and Infrastructure

We enforce strict network segregation, vulnerability management, and the principle of least privilege for data access across our infrastructure. All TikTok USDS data is accessed, processed, and stored exclusively on secure servers physically located within the United States. Furthermore, our organization enforces an Internal Personal Data Protection Policy, requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all administrative operations, and encrypts sensitive data both in-transit (TLS 1.2+) and at-rest (AES-256).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We securely retain order and fulfillment records only for the period necessary to complete production, shipping, manage post-sale customer service, and satisfy legal record-keeping obligations. Upon the termination of our contractual relationship or upon a valid deletion request, we are committed to securely deleting all collected customer data in our possession, in compliance with our published Incident Response and Data Retention policies.

We will actively assist sellers and TikTok Shop personnel in facilitating data deletion or update requests initiated by end-users.
